We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Email harrischiu@gmail.com with your order number to start a return. Our products ship directly from partner brands, so we'll send you return instructions for your specific item. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of your return arriving. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
